This is the official web site of the Docks At Caney Creek Property Owners Association, Inc. and the Docks At Caney Creek community.  Operated by the Association's Board of Directors, this web site has no affiliation with the previous developer of the community.

Docks at Caney Creek is located on Watts Bar Lake in East Tennessee.  This 72 mile long lake encompasses 39,444 acres with over 844 miles of scenic shoreline making Watts Bar Lake a beautiful recreational treasure.  Water activities fill the days of every season, from kayaking and cruising to water sports and bass tournaments.  From Watts Bar Lake boaters can cruise connecting waterways south to the Gulf of Mexico or north to Lake Erie!  Docks At Caney Creek is located on the western shore approximately at the midpoint of the lake between the upper Fort Loudon Dam  and lower Watts Bar Dam near Tennessee River Mile Marks 561-562.

Docks at Caney Creek is a gated community featuring 180 home-sites ranging from a half acre to 3 acres carefully placed to make the most of lakeside locations and views.  A generous number of home-sites provide lake vistas, while a select group of lakefront sites are suitable for private boat docks.  Residents also enjoy outstanding community amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, and limited availability of covered and open community docks that can be licensed by property owners for exclusive use.
